WHAT DO YOU MAKE?
Audio sound effects aimed at first-time and entry-level users to help support the creation of their own, sometimes, first project. Its key aspiration is to give a creative outlet for people starting out in the industry, to gain an insight into music and sound effect creation. By providing cost-effective music and sound effect samples, I hope to encourage new people to join the industry. With the products I offer, they can easily develop a self-managed progression route for creating their own independent music and film projects, importantly, with very little experience or expense.WHAT’S THE KEY TO MAKING IT (I.E YOUR SUCCESS)?
The first thing is, I really enjoy making the sample packs. It does take a lot of effort, focus and determination to come up with new ideas all the time. But if you enjoy something, it is a lot easier to challenge yourself to do better.WHAT’S BEEN YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE?
I have so many ideas going on in my head that it is sometimes difficult to find the time to sit down and organise them in a way that can be considered productive.WHAT’S THE ONE THING YOU KNOW NOW THAT YOU WISH YOU’D KNOWN WHEN YOU STARTED OUT?
Sometimes, when starting out, criticism affected my creative direction and I let this happen more than once – now I realise that you need to create things which you enjoy as this makes you work at developing them – even if this is hard work and mentally challenging – sometimes your output can still be a little self-indulgent as long as you try your best.WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE DRINK?
