Brief: Glen’s needed an agency to manage their social media platforms and create striking billboards to drive sales across the portfolio. 

Thinking: We recognised that Glen’s existing brand was lacking a defined persona. A tactical brand persona refresh was the only way to make Glen’s stand out in a busy marketplace, and effectively engage their target audience.

Solution: We generated a full comms plan encompassing visual identity, tone-of-voice, target demographic analysis and positioning, drinks strategy, and event and activation proposals. 

Using that as our staring point, we then devised and rolled out Glen’s annual digital plan. Simultaneously, our creative team was designing billboards to launch the refreshed identity to the out-of-home audience.

Over and above: Our approach involved reshaping the brand as a whole, which resulted in increased brand awareness and heightened consumer engagement, both online and off. The plan even created opportunity for a fun and accessible drinks strategy, designed by our trade team.

Due to our team’s all-encompassing and multi-disciplinary understanding of the brand, we’ve also gone on to deliver multiple brand activations for Glen’s, from festival bars to comedy gigs.
