Womxn: Hebe Richardson & Imie Augier
What: Easy Social Cocktail Co. is a bottled and canned cocktail company started by a group of hospitality professionals. Originally designed to help restaurants without a cocktail offering, the company has made some great pivots over lockdowns to become a consumer-facing entity with clout.
How to support them: Stock up on cocktails from their online shop! They have a range of gift packs and even make bespoke options if you have something special in mind!

Distill & Fill
Womxn: Jenny Griffiths
What: Receiving multiple setbacks in 2020 didn’t keep Jenny and her partner Phil down. They used the chance to launch their own company, creating delicious bottled cocktails that cover the classics as well as their own custom creations. They also run online masterclasses to let you in on the secrets of a great cocktail!

Hacha
Who: Emma Murphy
What: Opened by Emma and her partner Deano in Spring 2019, this neighbourhood bar has fast become a London favourite. They’re best known for their Mirror Margarita which has won cocktail of the year and been voted Time Out’s 7th best cocktail in the world.
How to support them: Order cocktails through their online shop or visit them in person! They’ve transformed into an off-license on Friday and Saturdays during lockdown.

Who: Sandrae Lawrence
What: The Cocktail Lovers magazine started by Sandrae and her partner Gary has fast become one of the leading drinks industry publications. Inspired but their mutual love of cocktails, the duo are always at the cutting edge of global bar innovations and have continued to support the industry over the past year.

Who: Laura and Kiki
What: Started as pop-up A Grape Night In they now have two wine bars and plenty of ways to appreciate wines at home.

Who: Kat Whyte & Sian Buchan
What: Started by former TDC team member and key player in building the legendary Panda and Son’s empire: Sian Buchanan. Uno Mas is a late night music hang out spot for bartenders, so expect amazing drinks, music and company.
How to support them: Order some Uno Mas drinks at home for collection or delivery in Edinburgh, including cocktails, beer, wine or a spirit mixer package from their extensive whisky, bourbon, tequila and mezcal ranges.

Who: Hannah Lanfear
What: Long known as one of the best educators in cocktails and spirits, and with 20+ years of bar experience under her belt, Hannah set up her own school offering award-winning spirits education led by industry veterans. The Mixing Class is now the #1 independent WSET provider and an award-winning education facility.
